Default Z77 Extreme4 Memory Problems - Dr Debug code 55

    I have a Z77 Extreme4 with Intel Core i5 3570K and 2 x 4GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical PC-1600.

I get Error 55 in Dr Debug - Memory not installed. So I reinstalled the memory, still no good.

I tried using just a single stick and found that either stick will work in B1 and B2 but neither stick will work in A1 and A2.

My memory is not on the compatibility list but it worked just fine for quite a long time.

So, is it my memory, motherboard or processor that is causing the problem?

I have reinstalled the processor and checked for bent pins in the socket and they look fine.

    same processor
    mobo z77 fatal1ty professional
    ram 4xkingston hyperx 4gb 1600

    same problem

    ----------------

Now i only can use 2 memory sticks instead of 4 and, of course, in single channel. The slots working are the A1 and A2, in the slots B1 and B2 u can put a toast and still report the code 55.

I have try with all de bios available from asrock and with a poor sandy bridge processor and the problem still present. i will rebuild the computer with 8gb of memory waiting for the response of Asrock

    Good work Asrock

I got no response at all from Asrock.

My motherboard and processor are in the process of being replaced by the dealer. I don't know which was faulty.
