    Default Western Digital WDBAAP0000NBK

I have a Western Digital WDBAAP0000NBK Media Player, and a Hitachi Life Studio Desk Plus external hard drive. I changed its format to NTFS and was hoping to watch the movies through my Media Player but for some reason the player does not find the files when I plug it into my TV. The hard drive works fine on my computer and the USB thumb drive attached to the hard drive is found fine when I plug it in. If anyone can please help with this that would be amazing. Thanks!
