Default ASRock E350M1 Having Video Issue

I'm using the ASRock E350M1 AMD E-350 APU (1.6GHz, Dual-Core) AMD A50M Hudson M1 Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo. I set it up and updated the drivers, but it only works with a normal monitor via VGA. Once I got the machine working, I switched to the VGA cord connected to my TV and it goes through the boot screens and the Starting Windows screen, but once it's time to load the desktop, nothing happens and it stays black. I tried to then plug into my HD monitor with the DVI and it didn't work, not even the mobo screen on bootup. I then tried plugging in the DVI and VGA monitors together and the VGA monitor works but it won't detect any other monitors. Any ideas? I'd use an HDMI cord for my TV but it's still in the mail.

As a note, it will boot to the desktop with the TV in safe mode no problem.
