Smile no signal at all on monitor

i have assembled my pc with motherboard asrock 880gmh/u3s3 am3+ wit processor amd fx 4100 4-core and ddr 4 gb ram 1600.
I have 2 ide hdd 40 gb and 160gb and 1 dvdr connected to sata. Also 1 hdd to sata. With a power connector 300Watt.
when i turn the pc on it is all working , but i get no signal on my monitor.
How can i discover what is wrong or can you give me any suggestion . Is 300W to low?

I bougt a new power connector with a 24 pin connector and a 4 pin connector and it works.
I only get now 5 beeps when i start the pc. When the monitor is switch off , i do not get the beeps.
The mother board has Multi VGA Output options: D-Sub, DVI-D and HDMI
