Default BIOS 2.20 OC issue with ASRock Z68 Fatal1ty Pro Gen 3

I've been using an ASRock Z68 Fatal1ty Pro Gen 3 with an Intel 2600K CPU for about 11 months.
The board came with the 1.10 BIOS, but I updated it to the 1.30 BIOS last year.
Since then, I've been able to OC my 2600K to 4.6 and 4.8 GHz by either using the Auto setting in the BIOS or by doing it manually.
But due to the lower voltage and temps for 4.6, I've been using that most of the time.
Settings were voltage offset of +0.050v and LLC 5. When running Intel Burn Test or Prime, it would show a max voltage of 1.312v and highest temp of 71c.

I then updated to the 2.10 BIOS, followed by the 2.20 BIOS a couple months ago.
Since then, I've not been able to get my 2600K to be stable at 4.5 GHz or higher and run IBT and Prime for more than 10 minutes without failing.
Even when using the Auto 4.6 and 4.8 OC setting in the 2.20 BIOS, both IBT and Prime will fail.
Because of this, I've had to lower my OC to 4.4 Ghz, which does pass IBT and Prime just fine.

With the 2.20 BIOS, I've tried the Auto OC setting (4.6 and 4.8), as well as manual OC with voltage offset of +0.010 to +0.080 and LLC 1-5, and can't get 4.5 Ghz or higher to pass IBT or Prime like it could when I was using the older 1.30 BIOS.

Since there's no way to re-flash the 1.30 BIOS (once 2.xx is installed) I'd need to have a BIOS Chip with 1.30 on it.
But I've also read there is a "special" 2.xx BIOS that provides better compatibility with 2500/2600 CPUs, but it has to come from ASRock, since it's not on their site.

    Thanks for any help.

I sent Emily a message, so hopefully she will respond.
Otherwise I'll have to email ASRock tech support directly.

At the time, I thought the 2.10 and 2.20 were supposed to be compatible with Sandy and Ivy Bridge CPUs. If I had know that it caused OC issues with my 2600k, I would not have flashed to it.
