    Dear red110,

    Thanks for your reply.
Please kindly set "On/Off Play" to [Disabled] and [Deep Sleep] to [Enabled in S5] to try again.

    Thanks!

Well I've did what you told me to do but the probllem is still there :(
Do you got the same model of the motherboard so you could test? And isn't there any switch/jumper to turn off this?

It is common for current mother boards to supply power to some or all of the USB ports when the PC is shutdown. That is to allow charging of devices like cell phones. Some users requested this feature, and like it, others may not. It is not a problem with the board, it is simply how they are designed. Some boards seem to be able to switch the power to the USB ports on and off, but not every board. My ASRock Z77 Ex 4 has all the USB ports supplied with power when the PC is shutdown. A jumper to disable this is not available AFAIK.

Emily has suggested a few ways you might be able to shut off the power to the USB ports, but they may not actually do that. A few high end boards may have the ability to shut off the power to USB ports, but they have a switching chip on the board to do that, so it's not just a simple BIOS option. Windows has a power option called USB Selective Suspend, that reduces power to a USB device when it is not used. That option is enabled by default, but the device (keyboard) must support this feature, and keyboards like yours likely do not. If you know you disabled that option, you can try enabling it, but it may not do what you want it to do.

A workaround for this would be to get a USB hub that has a power switch, so you can turn off the power to the keyboard. I have a USB hub like this so they are available. The old "piece of tape over the bright LED" trick will also work.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I'm having this same issue. No fixes. Any suggestions?
    Thanks.
