What specific problems do you have when trying to install the win7 ultimate 64-bit version?
Have you tried installing the 64-bit version with less than 16GB of installed memory?

Please post the full sata port name that each drive is connected to.
Do you want to use a separate raid array for each of the matching ssd pairs?
I've never used a raid setup, maybe you can try to install the win7 64-bit version to a single non-raid drive and later convert to a raid setup.

The SSD drives are connected to Sata2_0 and Sata2_1. i may try installing it on a single ssd first, but im not sure how to convert it to raid later on.

Are your Sandisk ssd's sata2 or sata3 models?
I assume that you have your operating system installed on your solid state drives.
I managed to confuse myself looking at your PC Specs; I thought that you were using two different pairs of ssds.

It is best to include model numbers for each component in your hardware list and to also include the o/s version (e.g. SP1, x32, x64).

Usually with a 32-bit operating system, windows will only show up to 3.2GB of available memory.
This might be part of the problem when trying to install Xfast ram with a 32-bit o/s.

Why are you connecting your ssd's to sata2 ports?

You may have better luck using the Intel SATA III ports, which is what I always use for a RAID 0 volume with SSDs. If you created your RAID volume on the SATA II ports, I suggest deleting that volume, clearing the UEFI/BIOS, and starting over. I moved a RAID 0 volume (after OS installation) to the SATA II ports, and Windows decided I did something funky and wanted me to reactivate Windows.

It sounds like you are in RAID mode in the UEFI, and created your RAID volume before OS installation, if that was your intent, correct? I've done that several times without any issues, but not on a X79 system. Also, do not have any other drives, besides a DVD drive, connected to the PC or Windows will do weird things with the MBR, as in put it on another drive. The DVD drive should be on an Intel SATA II port.
