    Default About "A6" Problem Code - From ASROCK Tech Support:

    I could not get rid of the "A6" Warning CODE when trying to get my new system up and running - wrote 2 cries for help to Asrock Tech Support in last 2 days - I receiived this answer back that will definitely help ALL the are confronted with the same perdicament:

    A6 appear on the mainoboard mean you have screen display. Which you did because you are able to go into the bios and adjust the optical drive and set it on 1st boot device. <o:p></o:p>

    you can simply ignore the A6 on the mainoboard once your mainboard is POSTing. <o:p></o:p>
    nothing wrong with code A6 appear its normal. <o:p></o:p>

    Received another reply fm Asrock Tech Support about this today:

    Hi Michael,

    Code A2 should have screen display, press F2 to get A6 (BIOS screen).

    These codes are technical reference and should be ignored once get the screen post.

    If you not get the screen post with code A2 , A6, please try with another known good monitor and cable to eliminate the issue.

    Please provide the detailed system config. for me and double check the debug code is "A6" or "Ab".
