Default having trouble getting my 1866 ram to run at 1866

I have ASRock 990fx extreme3 mobo 4 sticks of crucial 1866 ram and running a AMD fx8350...all say they will run 1866 ram but no matter what i do they do not. i have done alot to get them to work but they only run at 1333. Any help will do it runs really well at this but i want what i paid for you know. Crucial helped alot but ASRock was no help at all they said if its not working right call the dealer. Kind of bummed by that they dont have tech support. But any suggestions or anyone with a similar setup\problem please help a fellow gamer out im dying lol
