Yes. All you need is the old bios file, and you can flash the bios with the old file exactly the same way you flashed it to the newer version. If you don't have the old bios file (this is why you should always choose 'back up' or 'save' old file before you flash to a newer one!) you can look for it on the manufacturer's website.

Thank you very much. I'll try 1.50 or original 1.30 which came with board. I was reading that some motherboard have problems with downgrade. Some Intel motherboard.

With some Intel motherboards, flashing to an earlier bios version can cause problems when you downgrade from a UEFI bios to a non-UEFI bios.
Some motherboard manufacturers provide a special flashing program when downgrading the bios version in this situation.

Unless you've recently changed out/upgraded any hardware I highly doubt reverting to an older BIOS revision is going to solve what ails you here what with outright freezing and or BSOD's.

Is a new build or one that's been running trouble free up till now with the freezing/BSOD's?

My system i Asrock 970 Pro3, FX 4100(stock) with AC Freezer 64 Pro, Corsair CX400(worked perfectly on old C2Duo system), GTX 460 768(worked perfectly on old C2Duo system), 4 gb of ram(GSKILL 1333 2x2gb) 1 Samsung F3 500GB, first I bought Kingmax 1600 4GB and with 1.30 bios and after some problems with freezing i updated to 1.60 guy from retail store where i bought components told me to do that. And problem was there even after update, so i went and change for Kingston 1333 4GB and it was better but same problem was there. And after that i went for third luck and change my Kingston for GSKILL 1333 2x2 gb kit, and with them i powered on my PC and bang blue screen on loading Windows 7(on the bottom was message about BIOS, maybe about clearing CMOS because of new RAM, trust me only what i saw is word BIOS on the bottom of the blue screen and i was angry at the moment and i wanted to throw my motherboard through the window), then i restarted manualy and wow no blue screen Windows working, and after that i went to play MoH Warfighter and PC restarts, OK i entered again in MoH and second time wow it working, after that i wanted to play Fifa 13 and i scored a goal and bang game froze. And my last move after new RAM was clearing CMOS and after that i played last night for 3 hours MoH, and FIFA for 1 hour and for now there is no "freezing", and PC is stable for now. But this is too much for me. I just want stable system nothing special. (Cool'n Quiet is off, Turbo is off, there is no temperature problem(CPU 46, GPU 70 C maximum) or voltage problems when gaming). Also tested with MemTest +86(0 errors). This is the first time that i have problems with AsRock motherboard.

More details about each memory kit that you have tried:
Make a list that is easy to read that includes:
    • brand name
    • rated speed
    • full model name
    • number of modules (2 x 2GB?)
    • ASRock compatible memory list (yes or no)
    • link to manufacturer's web page for each memory kit's specifications

Its hard to pick out important information when you post a large paragraph with all the information.
Organize your information in a logical way that lets us quickly and easily read your post.

As an example, I could have posted all of this in one large paragraph and it would have been much harder to read and follow.
