    Me too!
And the best thing of all - no one seems to care!
No reply from asrock since one week!
No post from asrock admins in both threads!
Hell even no reply in the german forums!
Hate to say it but I think asrock screwed both of us...

Yeah, crazy. I contacted their customer support to let them know. We'll see what they say. They got back to me a few weeks ago about a different issue relating to bluetooth keyboards accessing the BIOS. So there is hope--they DO read these complaints!

If you're having trouble with stability at stock mem settings above 1866Mhz, try the following; it's been working for me so far. Bump your RAM to its rated stock frequency and settings (CAS, etc.) Mine's at 2133, 11, 11, 11, 27, 1.5v. Now set your graphics/nb voltage to something like the lowest manual setting, or something a bit higher. Mine's set to 1.199v (A10-5800K APU). That's it!

I noticed that with graphics voltage set to Auto, it was below 1.0v! I would get lots of crashing on this setting and I've yet to get a crash so far, and I've been loading my system (gaming, etc.) trying to get it to choke. I'll report back if it starts crashing again.

No, the only problem so far is 400MHz at higher RAM Clocks :-/
    AND STILL NO ANSWER!

In any case, increasing gfx voltage didn't help stability in the long run. I've fiddled with some other setting (nb voltage and multiplier) and running at 2133 seems stable. I've gamed for a few hours, watched some 1080p youtube videos, etc. I'll report back for those interested in how this pans out.

They have reacted, now they offer the EXACT SAME MAINBOARD without DDR 2133/2400 support!
What kind of bullsh-i-t is this? I want my FM2A75M-ITX to support 2400MHz-RAM as promised, with all features of the CPU!

Wow! You better hope they release a BIOS that fixes the issue. I'd keep checking their website. (Would be nice if they offered email announcements of such things, or RSS feeds.) I would be surprised if they DON'T release a BIOS fix because your board is using an A75 chipset just like mine, and mine has no issue with adjusting RAM and GFX clocks simultaneously.

German Support seems much better, got an answer very quick and the guy will ask directly some BIOS developers about the problem. Hope they can help me out. It's astonishing, after so many days in this forum and no help from Asrock-Members I post in a german support board and get help after a few hours....

Here was a post by a user named "EnlOOow"
Here is the message that has just been posted:

The faster RAM means nothing if the lower clock cuts my Benchmark-Scores in half, what kind of joke is that?!

    Did an admin delete it?

    Got answer from asrock engineers:
Not possible because the voltage supply doesn't give enough tolerance, that's why the system becomes unstable when I manually set the iGPU to 800MHz.
So the 400MHz lock is for stability reasons, it only makes sense to use faster RAM if you have a dedicated GPU - so the mainboard is completely useless to me!
Thank you Asrock for this excellent example of false advertisment!
