Default How to get to the BIOS from Windows 7

My computer is booting way too fast for me to get to the BIOS setup by hitting the F2 key.

Is there a Utility like MSI's Fast boot that has "Go to Bios" in Windows 7

Continually tap the DEL key after you've pressed the power button?
Then there should be a setting in the BIOS to adjust the number of seconds the POST screen displays.

Thanks but with the SSD I have and with fast boot selected it may take 5-10 boot attempts to get in the BIOS. There is existing software that does this from a windows screen. MSI for example has a Windows GUI called "fast boot" that shutsdown windows and reboots directly into the bios screen. Some of my research indicates you can do this with Windows 8 (YUCH) however I'm not going to upgrade to WIN8 just for that one

So please no more suggetions on tapping the delete button, I know how to do that.

A windows GUI that does is what I'm looking for

You could try the ASRock utility used for that purpose in Windows 8, called Restart to UEFI ver:1.0.1. It's available in the download list if you choose Windows 8 64 bit as the OS.

I use it with Windows 8, and it works fine. Installing this program creates a shortcut in Windows, which you use to start the program, and then choose either of two options. When the PC restarts, the BIOS UI is started without touching any keys.
