    She has been able to help out quite a few forum members, and often can bypass the delay that some owners encounter when they contact ASRock tech support via the standard web link.

    Be patient, she isn't logged in to the forum every day.
    I'll try that, thanks. It's just frustrating to not even get one email back from them regarding the matter.

    Par for the course, unfortunately.
    It's too bad most (all?) mobo manufacturers don't at least send an automated email response that says that they will try to get back to you within a few days.

    To ASRock's credit, they did add a message at their online tech support site that tech support would be closed for 8 days during the Chinese new year holiday period and that they would try to clear the backlog as soon as possible.
