Default Asrock Extreme6 Urgent Help Needed!

I built today my computer. Everything seems to be running but nothing on display. First I tried running of integrated gpu but that didn't work so I borrowed some crappy card that I don't even know the name of. And still don't show anything on screen. I don't know what to do, I tried clearing CMOS many different ways then I removed one 8gb ram stick and only kept one inside, tried many different slots still nothing. I'm really desperate at this point, in past I've built myself about 6 computers and no problem at all but the only difference with this one is that I didn't buy graphic card and I bought used motherboard which supposed to work just fine. But now I have my doubts about it. I remember from previous builds motherboards where the two numbers are shown showed some alternating numbers but this motherboard shows 00 all the time. I pray that's its not motherboard. Here are the specs of my pc.

    3770k
    Asrock extreme7 z77
    Ax760i
    Patriot 16gb ram PV316G186C0K
    Cooler master 212 evo
    WD 2tb hard drive
    Samsung 840 pro 256gb

I know it's not monitor too. Please guys your help is very much appreciated.

Do you have a case speaker connected to your motherboard front panel header? If yes, are there any beeps?
Check the DR. Debug LED code on your motherboard and tell us what it is.
    Valid codes for each digit are 0 - 9 or A, B, C, D, E, F
A list of codes is in your motherboard user manual or here.

Your problem might be related to memory incompatibility.
Can you borrow a single 4GB memory module, preferably one that is listed in the QVL memory list? ASRock > Z77 Extreme6 > Memory Support List

note: The memory support list does not include any 2 x 8GB 1866MHz memory kits.

Only 00 on the POST code display, not good, it's not even starting to POST. Do you have the 8 pin CPU power cable connected at the top of the board? You must use it and be sure you're not using an eight pin PCIe power cable.

I assume no POST code beep, mini-speaker on the board? With no POST codes something very basic is wrong, and the beep codes would narrow it down.

Your memory is not listed in your board's QVL memory list, and will be just luck if it works, usually it won't if not in the list. The best compatibility for memory use is slots 2 and 4.

You didn't mention selecting onboard or PCIe graphics in the BIOS/UEFI, which ought to default to onboard.

Used board, did you check the CPU socket for bent pins? Hard to see but if they are bent, you'll have problems or get nothing.

I will try reseating CPU first thing tomorrow, also ram could be very well the problem ill try to replace that ASAP too. I'm aware of CPU cable and 24 pin cable and I don't think I've made mistake because on the cable it is clearly written CPU but I'm not sure if I plugged in 8pin CPU cable into the right spot on my CPU because there are no labels, there is label for 24 pin and its obvious but no indication where to plugin the 8pin. Motherboard shows 00 all the time, I tried clearing CMOS by removing battery for 15 min and also I'm not sure if I did correctly with my jumper because after I remove jumper from 2-3 computer turns on right away before I even get a chance to put jumper back to 1-2. I tried removing everything and leaving only cou and CPU fan controller connected but still nothing. Tomorrow I will take out mobo from the case, reset CPU, clear CMOS one more time and see if it works. I sure hope it works because I can't afford buying anything else. That's why I'm trying to run video from onboard graphics. If any suggestions please reply, anything at this point is helpful, thank you.

Page 14 in your mobo user manual has a labeled diagram that shows the location of all mobo components.
Item #2 in the upper left corner of your mobo is the location for the 8-pin ATX 12V Power Connector (ATX12V1).
You can download a PDF user manual from the ASRock website for your motherboard.

No need, I can explain now. The seller contacted me overnight saying that he knew motherboard was faulty. I asked him for a refund. Anyways thanks a lot to you guys, you've been very helpful.
