Default Dead Motherboard or CPU? Can't tell.

My PC has been working fine, but one night, I put it in sleep mode, woke up the next morning, and it would not turn back on.

    Part List:
    Motherboard: ASRock A75M-ITX FM1 AMD A75
CPU: AMD A8-3870K Unlocked Llano 3.0GHz Socket FM1
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB
GPU: EVGA SSC 01G-P4-3652-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB
    HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ/U 320GB 7200 RPM
PSU: Raidmax Hybrid 530W ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply RX-530SS
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

So I've had the problem of being stuck in sleep mode several times before already, but it usually solved itself within a few seconds. This time, it simply refused to work again. I pulled the plug, turned it completely off for a while, then tried to turn it back on. New problem came up: The system turns on. All fans spin, all LEDs on, CPU gets hot, but no display. No boot, no bios, no beep. nothing.

I started googling for fixes. I took it apart, took out the battery for a few minutes, did the clrcmos jumper thing several times, reseated absolutely every possible component and made sure all plugs were in (yes, even the 4 pin ATX connector from PSU), and then every other possibly method of trouble shooting.

Tried to boot using only CPU, Mobo, and PSU. No beeps or error codes. Still only turns on with no display.
Tried to test if the PSU died. Used a multimeter and tested every pin. All have their correct voltage.

Anyone got any ideas if this is a dead mobo or cpu?

i would say it is either a motherboard or psu issue. if it were the cpu then then motherboard would still post and you would actually see or hear something. if you have a known good psu, try swapping it out.

Agree, Raidmax is not the best psu out there and much less for the long run. Most give out reaching warranty or even a little before. 2 years warranty is veeery optimistic. You might get a voltage reading but under load, it will start throttling itself. There are a bunch of bad comments in Newegg, even of it taking out other hardware (wow!) while going down.

As system is only as good as its PSU, no two ways about it and learned that a long time ago. Also mini-itx mobos are really delicate and don't take a lot of abuse, also from experience from a Zotac.
