Default Bootmgr is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart when starting Windows

I have Windows 7 installed on my new pc, it's custom build pc. Yesterday everything was fine, I even turned the pc off twice yesterday. Today morning I am getting in error: Bootmgr is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart when starting Windows. I have tried to restart the computer and I am getting the same error. Could be issue with the hard driver?
    Help please

How many drives are connected to your system?
How many partitions are on your hard drive?
When you installed win7, was your hard drive empty?
Were there any existing partitions on your drive when you installed win7?

**edit** I've received this message a few times when I changed the overclock settings.
--> Using non-overclocked settings might let your system boot normally.

How many drives are connected to your system? 1
How many partitions are on your hard drive? only 1
When you installed win7, was your hard drive empty? Hard Drive was on Windows 8, so I installed Windows 7 on it.
Were there any existing partitions on your drive when you installed win7? Yes, Windows 8, before was Windows XP as well

If I understand what you said, you installed win7 on top of an existing win8 installation and the only drive on your system is the C: partition on your hard drive and you don't have any permanent usb or eSata drives connected.

I recommend that you backup any My Documents, music, photo or other folders to another drive and then wipe your hard drive. After your hard drive has been wiped, then do a clean install of your operating system with your hard drive as the only connected drive. It's OK to install the O/S from a connected usb or optical drive.

I can't help you further until you provide your detailed hardware list using one or both of the formats from post #2.

Well first of all, when I was installing Windows 7, I chosen Advanced option to make it like a new Windows on my pc and clean old windows. I have backed it up now and I have done kill disk wiping hard disk permanently, its been 5 hours, I think 3 more hours to go. I have already ordered another hard drive, Western Digital 250gb Velociraptor. Because if something happens again with my old hard drive that is 1TB, and I got to go college and I need for my study's. I can't give you at the moment any information until the kill disk finishes its job, and I will than provide you with the information.

The Kill Disk has finished its job of 9 hours and 30 mins, all 3 passes was successful. I have installed Windows 8 now, I haven't done restarting or shutting down at the moment, I am updating everything and I will than see if the problem still there or no!
