Default A75M Bios power settings - solution to shut down to S5 state with remote control

Hy everyone, please help me with this problem:
I have a htpc based on Asrock A75M motherboard with L2.01 bios version. I've connected an Inteset IR receiver to the CIR header on the motherboard. Problem is that when I want to shut down the pc with the remote control, the pc goes in S3 sleep or S4 hibernate state and not to S5 complete shutdown state. S3 and S4 can be set from advance settings of Windows power options. As I found out the S5 state can be set only from the BIOS, but I can not find this setting in bios.
    Can you suggest a solution?
    Thank you
