A five beep code for your board's AMI BIOS means CPU error or failure. Your board needs at least BIOS version 1.70 for that processor.

Also, the Athlon II X4 760k does not have built in graphics, you did not list a graphics card, are you using one?

    Thnx for your response.

The graphics card is a Sapphire HD 7770 1GB.
    The bios-version is 2.60

The graphics card might be the problem: that fan is not working.
Or the power to the fan (PCIE) from the Corsair CX430

The 5 beeps may indicate graphics problems in that case?

Yes, the five beeps can mean a damaged add on card of any kind, including a video card.

Do you have the six pin cable connected to the graphics card?

Also, the four or eight pin cable for CPU power to the mother board?

There was plastic inside the Pci-e connector from the psu.
Video works now, no beeps, bios-post on screen.
    PROBLEM SOLVED

    Thnx for assistance
