Default Cannot boot with 2 Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970s - Asrock z77 extreme 4

I am getting an infinite loop when trying to boot with both GPUs connected, with or without crossfire connectors. When trying to boot it comes on for a second or two and resets, and keeps doing that. I have tried both cards individually, in both slots and they work fine.

I thought it might be the PSU, but i'm not convinced. I have tried to power the second GPU from a second older 650w PSU.

Also when i try to boot all fans are on on both GPUs and when I go into the BIOS it recognizes both cards.

Tried to boot Ubuntu live cd. It shows the first screen as if its loading Ubuntu, then after a couple of seconds screen goes blank and does nothing. Tried this both with using the 850w to power both, and using second PSU to power second GPU, both ways do the same thing.

    SOLVED...

By disabling "IGPU Multi-Monitor" in the BIOS.
