    Default Shut down problem

    Recently i bought few components mb:960GM-VGS3 cpu|:fx-4320 ram:xms corsair 4gb 1600 mhz psu:corsair vx550 cpu cooler :arctic cooling freezer 7 pro rev2. All works good but when i try shut down the sistem fans (cpu,gpu,psu) still work.tried keep presed the power button but same . SO:windows8 x64 sry for bad english

    For starters, check if it's the PSU by swapping out the PSU.
    #1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.

    no is not , the psu work good for other pc...

    But swap this "other pc" PSU in to power the 990GM system. ie: take the vx550 out of your new one and swap in its place another PSU and retest.
