The setting above will only work if you have the same ram as FumaKilla. you have to use setting for your specific ram. Whats the ram part number? Is it a new build?

This could be the source of all our issues. "Note5: The mainboard supports DDR3-2000 MHz DIMMs only when you install a 6-core cpu to the mainboard."

You may be able to tweak your ram settings in bios but to date I have not with the ram I have available. One of these sets are most likely the ones you want but I wouldn't guarantee it for certain. It's an extract from the QVL of this motherboard.

Yes-it's a new build. The memory part number is -KHX1600C9D3/4G for both, only serial number is different. For now i achieved some stability with cpu at 16x200=3200MHz wtih 1.25v and memory at 1066Mhz(7/7/7/19/26) but is slow at all.Another thing- my PSU is 5-year old Fortron SAGA+ 450p an he has only 4-pin cable to 8-pin connector at motherboard .Should be worried about that ?

So you are using 2 stick from a set of 3. You may get those stable. you need to look in your bios and put your figures in from your bios page that looks like this
    Asrock 970 Pro3 2.0 bsods and freezing-arram-jpg

Then tweak ram voltages. Your PSU may well be a problem as the MB does not have a strong VRM. Using only 4 pins would be working it harder
You need to test with memtest86 latest version and use the f2 test. You need to make a usb bootable to use it. Get it here http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm . It will take many hours to test properly. I would suggest at least 7 full passes. A fail does not mean bad ram in this instance. Just that it is not stable. Freezing will also mean the same.

For now i'm runnig at 17x200/3400Mhz CPU with 1.25v from bios and memory runs at 1333Mhz (9/9/9/24/33/CR2, 1.5v)-running 2 hours memtest for windows ,1,5 hours of Small FFT test in Prime 95,a few runs of 3dmark 06 and still not errors.I'm very confused with this mobo ....My next step will be raise CPU to his default frequency and maybe put memory to 1600mhz but not with XMP profile. In UEFI i set HT link frequency to 2000MHz also NB at same speed.Sorry again for my bad english ,hope so you understand me :).

EDIT:Sorry man :(.Checked with memtest86 and computer freeze after 4-5min max.

Yep. Prime95 will not help you. I told you what I thought will help but maybe the language thing makes it too hard to understand
