    Default Advice on BIOS ?

I had a major problem with my ASUS board and i5 2500k - just won't work, won't even allow me to reinstall Windows. So I went for cheapest option I could, an AsRock mobo and an AMD A4 760k, to get as close to my original as possible as cheap as possible. I note however that I'd need latest BIOS for the 760, is it shipping with the 2.40 BIOS ? If not, how do I update ?
Also, I bought the board because it said it had built in graphics of Radeon 7000 - only now I see it says some (mine included) cpus need a graphics card

#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.

#3 - Please use the eXtreme Outer Vision Power Supply Calculator found HERE to determine if it might be your PSU at issue.
____Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
