Default FM2A88-ITX+ 2nd and 3rd monitor outputs not working in Windows 8.1 amd drivers

I can't get my 2nd or 3rd monitor output to work in windows 8.1 using AMD vga drivers (tried 13.3, 14.1). Bios is latest at 2.1. The DVI monitor output works in the bios, meaning I can have 2 monitors working simultaneously in the bios screen. DVI also works with the native windows VGA driver, but on loading AMD drivers, only the HDMI port #1 active. Windows can no longer detect a monitor on DVI or HDMI #2. Has anyone run into this issue, or does anyone have a solution to this?

You don't say what CPU you have installed. ??
#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.

#3 - Please use the eXtreme Outer Vision Power Supply Calculator found HERE to determine if it might be your PSU at issue.
