Default Can't run dual channel memory mode

Mobo: ASROCK Z87 Extreme 4, Bios upgraded to p2.70

    CPU: Intel 4770K

    Memory: G.Skill PC3-14900 16 GB (8GB x 2) 1866 MHz DDR3 Memory

DDR3_A1 - one stick wont work, get "55" error code on Mobo, computer will boot, but no video.

DDR3_A2 - one stick wont work, get "55" error code on Mobo, computer will boot, but no video.

Only works if I put a stick in DDR3_B1 or DDR3_B2. It works fine with one or two sticks in the B1 and/or B2 slots. But only seeing 16GB in single channel memory mode. :(

Windows will boot fine, and all is good.

Both sticks are good and work fine seperately, and together but only in slots B1 and B2.

    Any ideas?

    Resolved.

Bad mobo, swapped it out and all is fine. Sucks for anyone that has to go thru that. Go everything, anticipating new system, and the mobo is flaky. Oh well at least all is well now and I can enjoy it for the weekend.
