Could be the SATA data cable making a bad connection, replace it and check the power cable connection.

Also, I see Hot Plugging is enabled for the SSD in the BIOS, set that to disabled.

    No bad connection.
    PSU and cable is fine.
    SATA 3 SSD is working.
Hot plugging is disabled but no change for Sata 2 SSD

I just realized what SSD you are having problems with, and since you are using a mother board with an Intel 8 series chipset (B85), you are probably having the same issue that older SSDs like the OCZ Vertex II does with those boards.

SSDs with older controllers, like the JMicron in your A-Data SSD, or the Sandforce 1200 series controllers, are not compatible with the Intel 8 series chipset boards, or any newer Intel chipsets. That is why your A-Data SSD works on your other mother board and laptop, because they no doubt do not have an Intel 8 series chipset. The problem will happen on any 8 series chipset board, not just ASRock boards.

There is nothing you can do to fix this issue, besides a firmware update for your SSD, if that is even possible, which I doubt sorry to say.
