    Default Question about 990fx Killer

    hi all.

I'm planning to upgrade a very close friend's pc, with an AMD FX83xx and ASrock 990fx killer.

Where can i find the mesure from the socket to the first pciEX (1x).

I need to use the first slot with a pci wifi card, but i don't know if my actual cooler (noctua) will block it.

    Could someone help me??

    thanks in advance

Have you looked at this board?

Any CPU cooler that would interfere with a card in the first PCIe slot, would also extend over the top of the mother board, and into the top of the case.

I don't see any specification about the size of this board, so the picture is all you have to go on.
