I found a way to get the old BIOS's no longer listed on the site, or get the Instant Flash version when only a Windows updater is available.

The firmware ZIPs are still on the FTP server, but not listed on the website. You can guess the URL.

It hasn't fixed the problem I was having here:
http://forums.tweaktown.com/asrock/6...ndybridge.html

Like all BIOS updates, PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Here is the URL for the only BIOS for my MB listed on the site:
ftp://download.asrock.com/bios/1155/...Extreme6(2.10)WIN.zip

If I change that to:
ftp://download.asrock.com/bios/1155/...Extreme6(2.10)ROM.zip

... I get an Instant Flash ROM. NO guarantee that is safe to use though, as the 2.10 update requires two different steps, per the sticky about 6 series Intel chips.

If I change that to:
ftp://download.asrock.com/bios/1155/P67%20Extreme6(1.60)ROM.zip

... I get the old BIOS I should not have ****ed with.

Instant Flash would not detect it. Either the USB key is dodgy, Instant Flash doesn't allow downgrades, or 2.10 is so borked on SandyBridge it won't see the USB. Try again tomorrow.
