    Default Here is a silly one: Z97 Extreme4, HD LED doesn't work

    So its a new case and MB/CPU.
    The build was no problem even transfer of SSD, (I know, I know).

    The only issue the HD LED indicator doesn't work.
    To clarify, the case LED works, but not when connected to the 9 pin panel (I tried reversing polarity).
    When connected to the 3 pin connector all I can get is nothing, or LED always on, depending on polarity.

    I don't recall this is impacted by any BIOS setting, its just annoying.

    Ideas?

    That is a distinct possibility, I will check since its brain drain Friday 13 - no flights or posting....

    That was it, but I had not turned the feature on :)
