Angry Cannot open CTRL + I Intel rapid storage menu

I'm trying to have this pc boot off 2x 500gb Samsung 840 evo's in raid 0 but I can't get into the CTRL + I menu even spamming it for the entire startup process, raid is on on Sata
3 wich the first ssd is under but S_Sata3 which the second is under doesn't have raid in the mode selection.

my mobo is Asrock extreme4 and cpu is 5820k, ssd's are from old pc each has 4 TB of write and are freshly formated

    Help would be appreciated

Your board is an X99 Extreme4, which I can tell from your CPU. Otherwise there are many Extreme4 boards, that alone does not tell us what board you have.

Of the ten SATA III ports on your board, only six support RAID, that is how the X99 chipset works.

The S_SATA3 ports do not support RAID. Move the second SSD to one of the SATA3_0 - SATA3_5 ports, and RAID will work.
