    Default Asrock 990fx extreme9 problem

Hello and nice to meet you all ,

As everyone here ,yesterday I've got my new rig components arrived. Started to put them together. And suddenly nothing happens, just black screen.

So the new computer contains the following :

    Asrock 990fx extreme9
    amd fx 9590
    Croisair h100i watercooler
    croisair 750 modular power supply
    mushkin 8gb ddr3
    240gb ssd Kingston
    500 gb western
amd r9 290 direct cu II
    case croisair carbide series

after I setup everything in the case ,everytime when I'm pressing power button it's stays black ,first I get no signal and after 10 secs it's black screen with an "e" on the top left it the screen (searched over the forums ,didn't see what exactly means that).motherboard clock stays on 99,if i remove the ddr3 its stays at 19.(clock integrated in mb).done some sort of,remove everithing and added back piece by piece ,sill the same thing. the wierd part is it not even Beeping once the ddr3 its removed,as for the older MB usualy beep when one of the component is missing.

If is the memory, that's fine ,as tomorrow I'll recive a new crucial ballistic ones ,witch they are recomanded one the motherboard compatibility.

Now , for the black screen thing ,I had the video card on my old rig and it's was ok ,even I checked again today and is working .

Any idea what to do ?

    Can you try another PSU?

Also try to boot without installing the components inside the box, and without connecting HDD, DVD, ETC...
