There are technical support people from ASRock here. I am interested to know how and where they work; e.g. are they working in a large room full of different hardware (CPU, RAM, Power, VGA,... as well as ASRock mainboards) so they can test and check any problem in queries? Are their office near factory?
Also what means TSD? "Technical Support Department" or "Division" or "Document"?
