I have the Z77 Extreme6, and I am seriously considering an alternative to the SSD drive.

What if I were to use a device like this as a storage or boot drive...

...with four microSD cards (each 256GB) in RAID 0, for a full 1TB?

From what I know, right now, the cheapest 1TB SSDs cost $350. I can find 256GB microSDs for $10 each; and this adapter costs $30 max. Will such a contraption be a durable substitute to the SSD?
