Default When will Pentium G3258 OC on Win 10 back? (H81M_HDS R2.0)

As some of you might aware, OC Pentium has issues with Win 10, you have to disable OC, or one of the core to install Win 10 (so I'm told). I didn't know this and ran into lots of problem, but I manage to solved it.

Upon installing new bios (version 1.30) in my Asrock H81m-HDS R2.0. I discovered that Asrock disable Non-Z overclock, probably a safety measure for the compatibility issues. My question is, when will this be back? Is there anyway to fix this or bring OC back? Microsoft doesn't seems a give a **** as this already happen in the Win 10 preview version, according to one of the post I saw.
