    Default Boot up issue

Lately when I turn on my computer it starts to boot up but then switches off. I switch it back on again and it boots up fine. This happens every time I switch my computer on after shutting it off. I have an Asrock z87 killer motherboard with bios version 1.6. I have reset it to default settings and it makes no difference. It is not a serious issue but a very annoying one. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Hello
I think you don't wait for the system to start again itself! Some BIOSes are so. Don't know exactly why, but I saw mainboards which had some behavior: They turn on, turn off, wait one or two second(s) and turn on again to boot.
If this answer is wrong, please reply back and we try to think about something else.

I tried it out with no luck. I actually waited for 5 minutes before pressing the power button again, and like clockwork it booted up properly. I tried it again later today and this time after it switched itself off i left it for an hour then pressed the start button and yes it booted into windows again. This problem is very strange. It only seems to happen when I shut down for the night / day and turn power completely off.

Solved the problem, for some reason the culprit was "fast start" inside windows 10 itself. I unticked that option and now my computer starts first time i press the power button every time. I have no idea why ticking that option in the power settings would cause my computer to turn off on first press off the power button then work when it is pressed a second time but like i said unticking it solved my issue.

I've seen dozens of issues with Windows 10 and ASRock boards so far. Sadly it seems they don't play well together in many circumstances.
