    Default OC options disappeared with latest update

    I have board H97 fatality killer with i5-4670k and when I updated my bios to latest version the OC options was no longer available, hope someone from Asrock tell me why is that ?

    motherboard makers had to remove OC options from Hxx (H97, H87, ...) chipsets again, because Intel allows OC only with Zxx (Z97, Z87, ...) chipset motherboards.

    Dear zoban,

    According to Intel policy, only Z-series chipset and K-series CPU support overlocking.
    So, Intel locked the overclock function in Microcode.
    Please refer below link to roll back the BIOS version to previous for try.
    ASRock > Fatal1ty H97 Killer
    Please note if would like to use with windows10 OS, we still suggest to use BIOS after P2.40 version have the Micro code update.

    Yes I use Windows 10 but what bios update has for windows 10 ? also the latest driver is P2.4 there is nothing after this version.
