The latest bios on asrock website is 1.50 as you have, there is no 1.53 or any beta bios there I can see, can you get into the bios with the graphics card installed ant check the primary graphics adapter is set to pcie?

I would contact Asrock support, maybe they can send you a custom bios
    ASRock > Support Request Form
