Default extreme 3 Gen 3 i5-2500 k locked in Bios Problem

I have an Asrock extreme 3 Gen 3 MB (Z68 Chipset) with an i5-2500 k Processor following Problem:

I have an k Model, Cpu-Z and Bios recognies it as k model but in Bios Processor is stated as locked so I can't us Multipliers higher 37.
Ever time I want to issue Multiplier figure higher 37 after leaving field 37 is overwriting my entry.

According I-Net recherche this is a Problem which is known to some/sometimes Asrock Boards.

Following tried all without success, CPU all the time locked in Bios
    - Clear CMos (over Night)
    - CPU disassembled and assembled again
    - Load Uefi Defaults
    - Flashed all Bios Versions existing from 1.0 up to 2.30

Board is bought over ebay in October 2015 from an german Computer Store called "computer-store-Berlin" Buying Details can be given if necessary.

    Following questions:
    - Can I RMA the Board?
    - What else? Would really like to tweak my processor a bit, former owner used it on another Board with 4,5 Ghz Multiplier 45 even with lower voltage as Default... Cooling is also no issue, I have an Thermalright Silver Arrow ib-e Monster Cooler in my case with 4 120 mm case fans...

Really appreciate answer of Technical stuff or somebody else common to this issue.

    Thanks in Advance!
