Hello all,

Today my Asus z87-A board came in and although I'm not home yet I like to get the ball rolling. I'm swapping from a Gigabyte Z87 D3HP which is only a couple days old, to this Asus. The problem I have been having with the Gigabyte and/or z87 chipset in general can be found here in the Gigabyte thread where I posted it.

.

I purchased the Asus as a replacement due to reading a review on it from HardOCP and they stated a beta bios sent to them from Asus fixed the problem.

I have the same Corsair F120 ssd mentioned in the review.

What I'd like to find is that specific bios that fixes the issue with Corsair F120s and not being found by the z87 board intermittedly. This solution is cheaper than buying a new SSD.
