Default Boot menu options with Asus MB's

I haven't upgraded for some time (2007). One thing I really liked with my nForce570 Foxconn board is the ability to separately display a Boot menu without hitting a 'F' key or entering the BIOS It isn't clear if Asus has this when I looked through the manuals.

I'm looking at a AMD based board with a 900 series chipset if that matters. Below is the example.
I'm also looking for the ability to separately disable each SATA drive as opposed to in groups of four (or some other multiple number).

But, there isn't any setting in the BIOS to automatically display that screen every time?

Too bad that isn't an option. I love this on the Foxconn MB. I use it all the time.
I know pressing a 'F' key isn't a huge deal, but you have to get the timing right and remember to do it.
