You haven't given any details about the rest of your computer, which are really required if you are to get any detailed help.

Hazarding a WAG (Wild-A**-Guess), something to do with the electromagnetic output of your phone when it is active is interfering with something in your PC which is locking it up.
As a first-up suggestion, move your mobile away from your computer and keep it away.

It isn't usually recommended to have devices that radiate anything electromagnetic next to electronic equipment.

I still say the easiest fix would have been to move the mobile phone away from the computer and keep it away.

Is your "mobile' a cell phone? Or possibly a satellite phone by chance?

Is the motherboard in a case?

Is the electrical outlet properly grounded? Also, the computer isn't connected via some 20ft extension cord that may be behaving more like an antenna than power cord?

You say you don't have WiFi. How about Bluetooth?

If you move it to another room in the home, does it freeze in this room also?

EDIT: Might you have a network that uses the homes wiring, those wall plug networking devices?

#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
____If you are overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting any parts, informing us of this and their values would prove beneficial in helping you.

#3 - Please use the eXtreme Outer Vision Power Supply Calculator found HERE to determine if it might be your PSU at issue.
____Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
