My keyboard was recently changed, meaning my Zenbook was disassembled and reasembled.
But now my touchpad (Elantech) does not appear to function (fn-F9 does not react at all).
The person that did the job tells me that I have to reinstall the touchpad driver.
I tried the driver downloaded from ASUS, but I get a message "this driver does not suit the device..."
Same message with any of the ASUS drivers for my model.

I suspect that the touchpad is not connected to the mother board

How can I tell if it is connected?
I cannot find it in Device Manager.
Is this normal?
