Exclamation ASUS Bamboo U43F Memory upgrade issue

Hello fellow ASUS owners,I'm having an issue upgrading memory in my ASUS Bamboo U43F laptop. It came with 2x2G modules and i wanted to upgrade with 2x4G modules. After i inserted new memory it was recognized as 2x4GB modules. I can go into BIOS and stay there for as long as i need. As soon as i attempt to boot in to my OS (Ubuntu linux) it reboots. I tried to select the memory check option and same thing happens, it reboots. I checked my bios version and it is at 216. I did not find a newer bios on ASUS support site for U43F... Original memory was PC3-10600, so i bought Kingston 4GB 1333MHz PC3-10600 DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 SODIMM SR KVR13S9S8/4.Memory was brand new. When i reverted to my old modules everything went back to normal. Any help would be appreciated!
