    Is there any way to go into the Windows folder and find the graphics file (like jpeg or whatever) that is the background behind the User selection screen during boot up? Is there any way to customize this to be a picture of my choosing? This goes for the background screen when I shut down my computer. Any help would be thx!

    wat u r talking about is known as login screens.
    try searching web for "login screens" and you will find loads of solutions.
