    Hmmm, it isnt set to play outta the SPDIF is it?

    not sure what SPDIF is, but on the Sound effects manager - there's a SPDIF in and out tab.

    on the "in" tab - the status is "unlock" and Ignore is checked, thats it.
    on the SPDIF out tab - the radio button is on "output digital only"

    does this mean anything to you? (doesnt to me... :o )

    just tried - with the speakers and headset - still nothing (when trying with the "speaker test" in the effects manager)

    Does it try and blend to create a center channel? Or is an option enabled to try and do so? If so, disable it

    Try it in every audio connector there is, maybe its wired wrong
