    To bad that doesn't help either, all those files you need the audio HQ on your computer for it to update besides that, it doesn't do anything. Well now time for plan B, i am going to go buy the Audigy mp3+ and then install software then return it...i guess that is bad but its my last resort! thanks everyone for help. :D :cheers:

    I live in cali and a store not saying which one, but you can return electronics and get a refund for 30 days, as long as all the items are there. Even if its open, but that applies only for electronics/computer things. :cheers:

    I too am missing my CDs for my Sound Blaster Audigy. I downloaded the current driver (SBAX_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0011.exe) from Creative Labs : Home Page - The leader in Digital Entertainment for your PC and the Internet, but only got the Audio Console. Was missing the other apps mentioned above. I tried the links above and they don't work now. Luckily, I found the install exe on the following website:
