G'day I'm hoping someone out there can help me with my problem...

I am trying to install a Flyvideo 3000 in my desktop to no avail..

XP tries to install it but can't even when I specify the directory where the driver sits...

When I try and install the driver using the software from Lifeview (makers) it just says No device detected! (sic)

Are TV tuners hard to install?? This one is giving me a headache and a half...

I have d/l the latest 2 drivers and the same thing happens to both...

Any suggestions hints would be appreciated..

    BTW System is as follows
    60GB HDD
    Triplex Ti4200
    Realtek NIC
    OS XP Pro

I have emailed the company but am yet to get a reply..

    XP 2000+
    512Mb DDR Kingston Value
    60Gb WD
    Triplex 128Mb Geforce 4
    Lite on CDRW

Try removing the item from the Device Manager, and then reboot... let XP begin installing it, and click cancel at the first screen... then go into Device Manager and select the item and click install or update driver or whatever, and point it to where the newest drivers are.... make sure you have the correct newest drivers... and disable your virus protection during the driver install...
