So I used Windows Media Player 9.0 to play a DVD and the volume levels on my computer are all buggered up. Now I have to turn the volume control on my speakers to almost to max to have a normal volume on all applications. Because my speakers are now set so high the sound quality has been affected, it sounds crap. I'm reeeeally annoyed right now.

If anyone could help (I realise its a long shot) I'd appreciate it.

You've turned all the knobs in the Volume Control up?

yes I have. Even at Max it doesn't help much. Before it was always set in the middle and I could have my speakers set in the middle for normal volume, now I have to turn them both right up.

This makes no sense:grr: :snip:  :steam:
