lately my monitor has been acting odd, it will re-size itself and the screen will start to shake and sometimes get brighter. after a few minutes it will fix itself, but lately its been getting worse, i dont know whats causing it either. i thought it might be the power supply or the monitor itself might be damaged.

Is there any outside interference: speakers, high powered radios, transmitters, microwaves, high voltage lines in close proximity or on the same electrical breaker? Double check your cords and connections to the monitor for damage and be certain that they are making good contact.
