Default Which one is the BEST ? HIS HD 5770 or Palit GTS450 Sonic Platinum ???

I am planning to buy new graphic card this weekend but i am so confused about these two cards.

I've read the benchmarks and overviews in tweaktown but i am still indecesive :(

I am impressed with palit's overclocked results but HD5770 has a near performance with its factrory default properties. On the other hand, GTS450 has Physics and Cuda Technologies. I am not interested in HD5770's Eyefinity technology.

So, If you were me, what would you buy ?

I was faced with the same choice recently and went with a GTS 450 myself. From what I see the benchmarks are pretty much equal. The advantage for me was that I have an SLI board so I may eventually buy a twin for the first card.
