My Motherboard has this Thing called CMedia on it and it totally screws up my Soundblaster sounds, with scratchy noises and so on how can i Get rid of the Cmedia thing or my Motherboards Built in Audio thing?

There is an option in the bios for my board I think its under "integrated peripherals" I THINK! I haven't been in my bios in like forever. But there's a section where you can disable things like ports and "peripherals" and such. THere probably conflicting.....

It's your onboard sound that's doing it. Like respawn said, go into your bios and turn off onboard sound.
